Pre-production meeting

It all starts with your ideas, a valuable production resource which we strive to use effectively.  Allegro representatives will meet with you and discuss your ideas, objectives and determine the best method to achieve them.

As this process progresses, we will need to address these questions:

Who is your audience?

Defining your audience or exactly who you are trying to reach is critical to the success of your production.  The information presented should influence, motive and entertain.  Allegro will advise you on any audience research that might be appropriate.

What are your objectives?

It's important to keep your message interesting and relevant as well as informative.  The most successful video productions have one clear message throughout.  If you have too many messages, each one becomes less effective.

After your objectives are defined, Allegro may recommend several treatments for your consideration.

What is your deadline?

Try to be as specific as possible to assure every aspects of the production process can be approved and completed within your time line.
